We have two tablet granulation area which is fully epoxy floored . Our tablet, capsule & liquid seciton is having separate AHU for each room to disallow cross contamination. Forced draft ventilation, Dust extractor system, AHU system with Air conditioning is provided in resoective section. Full floor is epoxy coated. Flush type ceiling & lighting fixtures are provided in TCL area. DM water system is through SS 316L piping loop which is electropolished internally and externally byffed to meet WHO GMP & Schedule ‘M’ standards.

Tablet
One compression machine is installed for this. There is one tray dryer for drying.
For packing of Capsules / Tablets the area is having a GMP model Blister packing machine with a conveyor belt.

Capsule
This area is having a separate AHU with humidity control inputs. One semiautomatic GMP Model of capsule filling machine and a polishing machine is installed there.
