Shri Ankit Kedarmal Bankda, a member of the Promoter Group of the Company, an MBA from NMIMS. He brings with him over 12 years of extensive experience spanning manufacturing, finance, administration, and corporate strategy.
He has been instrumental in overseeing critical functions at both the Corporate Office in Indore and the manufacturing facilities at Pithampur. With his comprehensive knowledge of business operations and keen managerial acumen, he has consistently contributed towards strengthening processes, improving efficiency, and supporting the long-term growth vision of the Company.
VIJAY SHANKARLAL BANKDA
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Vijay Shankarlal Bankda is Bachelor in Commerce& Law and is the Managing Director of the Company. He is having more than 47 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field in various capacities and also attending commercial operations of the Company from the Registered Office of the Company situated at Mumbai.
His experience, commitment and capabilities are playing crucial role in the growth of the Company.

Kedarmal Shankarlal Bankda is the founder of Syncom Formulations (India) Limited and has an extensive industrial experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He is a Post Graduate in Commerce and is a promoter of the Company since incorporation and is having more than 49 years all around working experience and looking into all the manufacturing and administrative functions of the Corporate Office of the company at Indore and Plant at Pithampur.

Ankit Jain was appointed as an Independent Director since August, 2023 and is MBA, MS in Finance. He is having an experience of ten years in his business.

VINOD KUMAR KABRA

Vinod Kumar Kabra has been affiliated with the Company since long and was re-appointed by the Members in the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company for a further term of five years w.e.f. 1st April, 2019 as an Independent Director. He has pursued Master of Commerce, B.Ed., LL.B. and is having more than 42 years of experience in educational field.
He is also the Member of Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company.
PRAVEEN JINDAL
INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Praveen Jindal has been affiliated with the Company since 2012 and was re-appointed by the Members in the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company for a further term of five years w.e.f. 1st April, 2019 as an Independent Director. He has pursued BE and having more than 15 years of experience in electronic and IT field.
He is also the Member of Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company.

Ruchi Jindal was appointed as an Independent Women Director since June, 2022 and is a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She is having an experience of eight years in Finance and Accounts.
