He is a Post Graduate in Commerce and is a promoter of the Company since incorporation and is having more than 45 years all around working experience and looking into all the manufacturing and administrative functions of the Corporate Office of the company at Indore and Plant at Pithampur.

Vijay Shankarlal Bankda is Bachelor in Commerce& Law and is the Managing Director of the Company. He is having more than 40 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field in various capacities and also attending commercial operations of the Company from the Registered Office of the Company situated at Mumbai.
His experience, commitment and capabilities are playing crucial role in the growth of the Company.
RINKI ANKIT BANKDA
WHOLE- TIME DIRECTOR
Rinki Ankit Bankda, B.E and M.B.A.(Finance) from the renowned S.P. Jain Institute, Mumbai. She belongs to the promoter group of the company and is having about 10 years. Further, She is looking into all the administrative functions at the Corporate Office of the Company at Indore.
She is also the Chairman of Internal Committee (Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace) and Member of Risk Management Committee of the Company.
KRISHNA DAS NEEMA

Krishna Das Neema has been affiliated with the Company since long and was re-appointed by the Members in the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company for a further term of five years w.e.f. 1st April, 2019 as an Independent Director. He has pursued M.Com, LL.B. and having more than 45 years of experience in business.
He is also the Chairman of Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company.
Further, He is also the Member of Risk Management Committee of the Company.
VINOD KUMAR KABRA

Vinod Kumar Kabra has been affiliated with the Company since long and was re-appointed by the Members in the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company for a further term of five years w.e.f. 1st April, 2019 as an Independent Director. He has pursued Master of Commerce, B.Ed., LL.B. and is having more than 42 years of experience in educational field.
He is also the Member of Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company.
PRAVEEN JINDAL

Praveen Jindal has been affiliated with the Company since 2012 and was re-appointed by the Members in the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company for a further term of five years w.e.f. 1st April, 2019 as an Independent Director. He has pursued BE and having more than 15 years of experience in electronic and IT field.

Ruchi Jindal was appointed as an Independent Women Director since June, 2022 and is a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She is having an experience of eight years in Finance and Accounts.
She belongs to a professional background and her extensive knowledge and experience is of the great advantage to the working of the Company.
